James Haseler

James qualified from the University of Liverpool in July 2017. After spending a year working as a general practice clinician in Warwickshire, he joined Eastcott Veterinary Referrals as a rotating intern in August 2018.

In October 2020, James advanced to become a resident in veterinary dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery at Eastcott referrals in Swindon. James completed his residency in October 2023 and became an RCVS and EBVS European Specialist in Veterinary dentistry the following year in October 2024.

Since January 2024, James has headed the dentistry, oral and maxillofacial service at Willows, and is also the treasurer of the European Veterinary Dental Foundation (EVDF).

James has a keen interest in oral surgery, especially management of maxillofacial trauma cases as well as oncologic and palatal surgery. He is a keen walker and in his spare time hopes to complete all of the national trails with his dogs, Dylan and Morka. He is a keen gardener and can be regularly found in his allotment.

Ashleigh Lemon

Resident in Veterinary Dentistry

Ashleigh gained her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2017. In 2018 she worked as a charity Veterinarian whilst completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Pathology.

She moved to the UK in 2019 where she worked as a general practitioner in London and soon found her love for Dentistry. She has since completed a year’s internship at DentalVets outside Edinburgh and gained certificates in Small Animal Dentistry and Oral Surgery as well as Anaesthesia and Analgesia.

In April 2024 she started her residency in Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Dick White Referrals and transferred to the Willows team in July 2025. 

Her passion is helping animals have a pain-free mouth, especially animals who are geriatric or have comorbidities. In her free time, she enjoys going to the theatre, relaxing with her 3 cats or running after her Dalmatian.
