National Eye Health Week
21 September 2015
The sixth annual National Eye Health Week is taking place 21st-27th September 2015. Eye care charities, organisations and health professionals from across the UK are joining together to promote the importance of eye health and the regular need for sight test.
Eye health is incredibly important in animals too, the eyes are delicate and are often susceptible to infections, trauma and some of the same eye diseases as humans.
Willows have offered a referral ophthalmology service since the beginning of 1992 and has one of the strongest veterinary ophthalmology teams in the UK. With the benefit of advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities, our ophthalmic surgeons are able to offer a comprehensive service for our eye patients.
The Specialist vets working in Willows multi-disciplinary referral service provide the highest levels of care for dogs and cats referred to us by veterinary surgeons across the UK. If your dog or cat is referred to a member of our ophthalmic team you can rest assured that our team will provide the best care possible.
