Come and join us for a tour of Willows
22 April 2016
Willows hold monthly tours of our state-of-the-art premises. Our tours are open to all and are intended to showcase the facilities, services and levels of patient care that we offer in both our general practice clinic and our Specialist referral services.
For those of you that are further afield and are not able to attend a tour prior to a referral, or for those of you that are interested in seeing behind the scenes - our amazing facilities and our commitment to excellence - we now have a new virtual tour tool available.
For anyone interested in a guided tour of our facilities, the next evening tour is on Tuesday 10th May 2016. There will be light refreshments from 7.00pm. The tour will start at 7.30pm. The tour will be conducted by one of our general practice clinicians and will last around an hour. The tour will include access to the ward areas, treatment room, imaging and surgical suites. There will be demonstrations of equipment and facilities.
Accompanied children, over 5 years old, are welcome but are the responsibility of their parents/guardians. Please be aware that although the tour is outside normal working hours, there will still be in-patients present and procedures going on. This may restrict the tour’s access to certain areas of the building.
If you are interested in attending, please either reserve your place using the online reservation form or contact Willows on 0121 712 7070 - these places are strictly limited on a first come, first serve basis. Don’t worry if you are unable to make this date, as you can reserve your place on a future tour – we generally run one per month.
We are happy to welcome groups and organisations on tours - please call to discuss this with a member of our general practice veterinary team.
