Christmas Wishes from us all at Willows

24 December 2017

Christmas Wishes from us all at Willows

May we take this opportunity to wish a very Merry Christmas to all of our patients past and present. You can rest assured that while you are enjoying the holidays, patient care and emergency cover go on just as normal at Willows.

At Willows, our team of vets, nurses and care assistants work 24 hours a day treating and caring for your pets in our state-of-the-art premises, which includes a dedicated intensive care unit. Whatever the nature of the case, our multi-disciplinary team of specialists from the following services; orthopaedics, ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, medicine, oncology, dermatology, cardiology, neurology, diagnostic imaging and anaesthesia, are all on hand should your pet need their specialist care. Should your pet need to be hospitalised or require emergency treatment, they will receive the very best of care every time and at any time, including Christmas and New Year.

Christmas Wishes from us all at Willows

As well as caring for your pets the team have been busy with commitments to charity work too. On Christmas jumper day our team donned their best festive gear and donated money for the privilege. Hospital director Brian Watson crowned Andrew Kent, medicine Specialist (top centre) the winner of the best Christmas jumper. The total money raised was matched by Willows and was sent to Crisis at Christmas. To find out more about the work this charity does, click here.

Our team and our clients have also been very busy gathering and donating items for Love Underdogs. Love Underdogs is a charity that was set up by animal lovers who wanted to make the world a better place by helping and supporting some of the most unwanted, abused, neglected and voiceless dogs in Romania.

The items that have been donated by staff and clients will help to provide essential items for the dogs in care over the festive period! The team from Love Underdogs were overwhelmed with the generous donations from you all so a very big thank you to all who donated.
