Information for referred clients
Referred clients may have a range of questions about what to expect when they come to see us – it can be an anxious time for them, and we are keen to help to give them peace of mind and any information they require. We have a wealth of information on our website, including:
- biographies of the referral clinicians
- information about our 24 hour in-patient care
- details of the specialist-led anaesthesia and analgesia provision for patients
- information sheets about many of the more common conditions we treat
- payment terms and conditions (including the potential for direct insurance claims)
- information about preparing for a consultation and how to find us
In addition to information on the website, we have informative leaflets for clients about the practice – if you would like a supply of these, please contact us and request 'Leaflets for referred clients', stating the number you require, and we will send them to you by return.
Finally, we are always happy to speak with your client over the phone, before or after they have come to see us.
