£100 of M&S vouchers won!

The lucky winner £100 of M&S vouchers has just been just been selected in our quarterly client feedback prize draw.  The ticket allocated to the winner of the draw, who was referred to us from a veterinary practice in Leeds, was chosen at random by another client who had been referred to us from a practice in London.  The ticket was drawn from over 200 entries received in the first quarter of the year...

Sight for sore eyes

When a vet living in Malta needed an eye specialist for her own dog, she thought nothing of travelling to Solihull in the Midlands for treatment.  Ruth Camilleri told vets at Willows that she had chosen them above all others because she "wanted to see the best".  

Ruth's Yorkshire Terrier, Henrietta, is nine years old and suffers from an unusual disease of the corneas (the 'windows' at the front of the eyes). Due to the risk of losing her sight, she is currently on long-term medical management of the problem to keep it under control. Ruth says, "I believe that what really makes a difference at Willows is the kindness, dedication, genuine interest and competence of the staff there."

Willows makes a successful debut at Crufts and £500 cash prize won!

Willows presence at Crufts this year proved to be a great success.  20 of our veterinary, nursing, animal care and management staff were involved in manning our stand, and we all thoroughly enjoyed meeting with literally hundreds of breeders, dog owners and other visitors over the four days of the show.  It has to be said, however, that we were all pretty foot sore and more than ready for a cup of tea and a sit down at the end of our shifts!...
